Services and Pricing

Below is the full list of network work we carry out for homes and small offices across London. Each row states what is included and the price charged for that job, so you know the cost before any visit is booked.

Prices are fixed for standard properties. If a job involves an unusually large floor area, thick period walls, or more than the usual number of devices, we say so on the phone before confirming a date — there are no hidden add-ons after the visit.

1.Router Setup and Basic Configuration

Unboxing and connecting a new router, setting the network name and password, updating firmware, and checking the connection speed at three points in the property before we leave.

£85
2.Whole-Home Mesh Wi-Fi Installation

Placing and pairing two or three mesh units to remove weak spots in terraced or semi-detached houses, with a signal map showing coverage in each room after installation.

£150
3.Wired Ethernet Point Installation

Running a Cat6 cable from the router or a patch panel to a new wall socket, useful for desktop computers, games consoles or smart TVs that need a stable, non-wireless connection.

£120
4.Network Security Review

Checking router firmware, guest network isolation, open ports and default passwords, then closing off anything that leaves the household network exposed to outside access.

£95
5.Smart Home Device Integration

Connecting cameras, thermostats, plugs and voice assistants to the home network, placing them on a separate guest band where sensible, and confirming they hold their connection.

£110
6.Wi-Fi Signal Diagnostics

A room-by-room signal and interference check using measuring equipment, followed by a short written note on where coverage drops and what causes it in that specific property.

£70
7.Small Office Network Build

Setting up a network for up to fifteen workstations, including a managed switch, VLAN separation for guest and staff traffic, and a printer or shared drive configured for the office.

£220

How a Booking Is Carried Out

1

You get in touch by phone or email describing the property and the problem. Most requests get a reply within 3 hours during business hours.

2

We agree a service from the list above and a fixed price, along with a date and time slot that suits your household or office.

3

One of our 6 technicians arrives, inspects the existing setup, and carries out the agreed work — router configuration, cabling, mesh installation or diagnostics.

4

Before leaving, we test the result with you: speed at different points, device connections, or signal readings, depending on the job.

5

You receive a short written summary of what was changed, useful if you need it for a landlord, an office manager, or your own records.
