If you have any questions about these Terms, an existing order, or wish to exercise any of the rights described below, please contact us using the details above.
Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone. When you request our Services, you will be asked to provide details of the network configuration work required, along with relevant contact and site information.
No contract exists between you and Decomi until we have issued a written confirmation, either by email or another durable medium, accepting your order and setting out the scope of work, the price, and the estimated timeframe. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where the requested work falls outside our technical capability or availability.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide (such as site access, existing equipment details, and network requirements) is accurate. Delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate information provided by you are not the responsibility of Decomi.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT). A quotation will specify:
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order and may include a deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices do not include the cost of internet service provision, third-party subscriptions, or hardware not explicitly listed in the quotation.
We reserve the right to charge reasonably for additional work not included in the original quotation, provided this is agreed with you in advance.
If you are a consumer ordering our Services at a distance (for example, online or by phone) and have not requested the work to begin, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of order confirmation, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request that work begin during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the Services are fully performed, and you may be liable to pay for work already carried out.
To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] stating your order details and intention to cancel.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Services provided, please contact us promptly at [email protected] or by phone at +44 20 3033 7985. We will investigate your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, seeking to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will carry out the Services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
